What are some inappropriate tattoo locations on a woman's body?

I was just curious as to how people feel about tattoos in certain locations on a woman's body? Ok ok for all you who don't like tattoos at all, I understand but I like them.
For example:
Like the shoulder for instance... the upper arm/shoulder area is considered by some to be trashy? I have seen some tats there that don't seem appropriate in size for that person's body but never trashy unless the tat is trashy itself.
Sooo what do you all think?

i met a lady once, in my work as a surgical nurse, that had flames tattooed over her red pubic hair. i couldn't judge as to what kind of person she was or is....things like that are always a surprise, when you find them.

I don't mean the location is actually inappropriate  .
I hate getting the generalized response (not from here) from most when I voice my opinions about getting a tat on my upper arm/shoulder area.
Most I have even slightly hinted this to have snarled and spoke of how awful tats look on women in that location.
I personally have seen some good some bad. I guess I am just open minded enough to believe that it's really based on the tat and the person.

I agree with both, depends on what the tat is, and on where it is. I have seen women with 'bands' around their upper arm, like a tat bracelet, they look cool to me, but then I like tats as I have one. Personally, I don't think what I do with my body is anyone else's business. I will never get a tat I can not cover if necessary, but one that high on the arm, (just below the shoulder basically) can be covered by a short sleeved shirt so no problem.

The one I am about to get will be my sixth. So I am definitely not shy to the idea of having a tat or anyone seeing.
This is really just to stir thoughts and conversation

...Personally, I would not put one anyplace that cannot be covered. I have never seen one that looked great on a woman in a wedding party, an Easter dress, etc.
...Neither have I ever seen an exposed tat on any career women in a Fortune 500 company, nor in an executive position. In fact, for advancement in employment, I know of two men, that had to have some removed from their hands.
...One on the hip could be alright, as long as it is not a different guy's name, than the one you are with. :)
...Regardless, some bright read rose growing out of her bosom and then wondering why men do not look into her eys while talking, seems a little silly... why did she put it there to begin with, if not for attention?
...There was a show on tats not too long ago, that should the novelty wear off later, a new type of ink is available, which is much easier to remove.

This is another thing that truly disappoints me. Since when does ink decide whether or not you are proficient within your profession besides when it is being used to sign your degrees and legal certifications?
Like having one of these things would make you any less of a doctor or lawyer?

Sorry, but ink isn't some passing phase. It's been around for thousands of years. Tats are (for real enthusiasts--not the generic "I'll pick a tattoo out of a magazine" person) a form of expression.
The only place I couldn't see getting a tattoo is on the face.

I have an angel, and I am proud of her. She tries her best to keep me out of trouble. If some guy I was seeing didn't like her, I wouldn't be seeing him for long.

I have to agree with Sensual Gemini. I've seen what I'd consider to be beautiful work, but take the best tatoo you've ever seen. Would you put it on your wall?
Probably not, but you'll put it on your body?
It's not good, for me, anywhere, but if you have to have them, put them where they can be covered.
And btw...not too recently, I heard that the larger, hip height, just above the crack tatoos are referred to as tramp stamps. So....
