I can pop my ear. I used to do this ny students when I was a substitute teacher and they could never figure it out. 
(And no....it doesn't hurt damage my ear - I've been deaf in that ear since childhood!)

Gray...what do you consider 'popping' your ear? When my ear itches, I put my finger in it and... POP it out, making a loud popping noise. It drives my bf crazy...LOL...but it's the only way to scratch my ear!
