All of us have 'em, let's face it. And sometimes admitting we have a problem is the first step to overcoming it 
I'll kick off the MD shame spiral....
1.) I love to watch "The Girls Next Door." I really want to hate those broads, but I simply can't. They just seem so damn nice. And Hef is da man.
2.) I religiously buy and read gossip mags. I used to blame my daughter for this, but since she's 100 miles away now it's getting harder to get away with this rationalization. And yet, the things keep piling up in my bathroom.
3.) I LOVE Donny Osmond. I have since I was 7, and can't see myself ever stopping. I've found playing "Puppy Love" is a sure fire way to clear a room in under 15 seconds. This is especially effective with my offspring.
4.) I can eat ten freeze pops in a sitting. I blame my mother for this as she never allowed me to have more than one at a time. Since I'm now 43 it's a moot point at best, but I choose to remain delusional in this matter.

Hmm, I'm not so sure that I feel any guilt over them, but
1. The WWE. I don't get to see Monday Night Raw all that often, but I do enjoy it.
2. Laying in bed in the morning, with a cup of coffee, watching the news, or reading a book. I should get my lazy butt out of bed and get to work earlier.
3. The political forum on MD. I have cut back significantly on this guilty pleasure of late, as it is losing its appeal. There are not enough people like Nightowl (with whom I rarely agree) and too many idiots posting rhetoric, lies and half truths.

3. Taking my bra off as soon as I come in the door, even before my shoes.

- Watching all the DIY, HGTV, FoodTV, and such shows...instead of actually doing the stuff.
- Eating a quart of Dreyer's Banana Split ice cream...to quote Aero - That stuff is the shiznit
- Watching an entire NCIS marathon and I'm not even a big Mark Harmon fan
- Falling asleep on the couch in front of the TV every night...my bedroom's become a place to change my clothes
- I'm in love with Richard Dean Anderson...

I love Degrassi. Blame it on my kids 
I'm addicted to hokey old musicals. Oklahoma is one of my all time favourite movies. I know it by heart.

Well....I really don't feel guilty.. but here goes:
~In the summer, I put Summers Eve feminine powder under my boobs before I put my bra on( I sweat so bad in the summer and it works better then regular powder)
~Oreos and milk... that's all I am sayin 
~Putter around in my winnie the pooh nighshirt most of the day(Saturdays)..I have a thing about winnie helping me with the housework
~Bubble baths with my sweetie...to die for
~I'm with Tilly...the bra(and shoes) come off the second I am in the door(to home of course)

A stack of Ritz crackers is not so much to eat in one sitting if you pace yourself. (burp*)
I'm late for work almost every single day. And if I'm on time, it
feels like I'm too early.  And then, I play on the internet
inbetween phone calls.
I listen to Christmas music even in the summer if I feel like it. My favorite is
O Holy Night, sung by Mariah Carey.

I like being nude whenever possible, but I'm not an exhibitionist nor have I ever been to a nude beach or resort and don’t plan to go.

I love to buy new clothes. I just cleaned 2 big trash bags of clothes out of my closet and already have bought 6 new things!
Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate!
My other big vice is reading. I'd rather read than do just about anything else. I went to the bookstore today (a trade in place) and got about 15 books. My friend looked at the stack and raised her eyebrow. I told her I was replacing men with books now!

guilty pleasures..
has to agree with signme.. I am a terror in a bookstore.. I go through books like crazy.. I can and have killed $500 in one day in Borders and Books a Million
Because I was bored and had nothing new to read I read all 6 Harry Potter Books in one sitting and it only took me 21 hours and 48 minutes to do it.
I am a secret historical romance novel reader... but i tell everyone i love the old historic novels because of the war and military aspects of it... 
has a thing with Vin Diesel movies, if he's in it I absolutely have to watch it even if its bad, same thing with Tyrese and Will Smith.. though his last movie i watched sucked..
has watched every new movie that has come out in the last 18 years if it has vamps in it, has also watched most of the oldies on vamps as well. 
and last but not least.. completely and utterly loves all of the Law & Orders, watches them religiously when i have the spare time to, i even record them to watch later if i am not home when they come on..
