do you ever feel like something is missing from your life -but- you can not put your finger on what that might be . ? .

Yeah, but then I find my keys again and it's all good

That feeling comes and goes through life - at least that's been my experience. The missing element comes along in due course - the trick is recognizing it when it does.

There's nothing wrong with hoping but IMO it's when our lives are "complete" as they stand, that's when we find the one to share it.

I am the only one that can make me happy. It doesn't come from external forces.

I got y'all beat. I was looking all over for both my car key and my sunglasses. I was looking all over. Finally I got mad and started cussing. Realized the dang key was IN my mouth... Started to laugh, when I started laughing, my sunglasses fell off my head.

Yes, I know what you mean about something missing. I tend to internalize until I figure out what it is and then I start my hunt to find it. I am pretty good at achieving my wishes.

Yes. True happiness.

One day I'll find it.

I think most people go through this to one degree or another. Your needs change through life, as do priorities. Even those that "have it all" experience the feeling that there is something else "out there" that they are missing out on.

Right now I'm missing the missus. Oh...and independent wealth!!!

Never lose hope... at 46 I found a wonderful man that has brought such true joy into my life... I wasn't looking... he was just there one day... so there is always hope that one person who fills your heart will walk into your life Just believe and it will be
