My hair is almost to the small of my back, and blow-drying it is a total work-out. Looks like I'll toss it up in a bun and call it done

 I hate the high humidity in Kansas in the summer time, when after 20 minutes with a blow dryer all I have is hot wet hair.

I wonder where the other key to the car I just sold is? I know I have it, my ex gave it to me when he signed the car over to me. (I need an emotie scratching her head)

Nightowl, I have to agree, spent the weekend laying up a stone wall, and I was constantly changing shirts and sweat-band in a vain attempt to stay reasonably dry...didn't work....

Really muggy here too and just had a thunderstorm roll through. Didn't clear the air though - if anything it's worse 
I can't find one of my cordless phones and it's going on two weeks now. It's driving me bananas

The only suggestion I have for that is have someone call your number, then wander around listening for the missing one (provided it still has some juice left to ring with)
Did you know that when a fly takes off from where it is sitting, it actually jumps up, goes inverted and flies back the opposite direction it was facing? (Ex. if it was facing east, it would jump up and invert (fly upside down) and go west first.
This is why you have so much trouble swatting flies, you swat in front of them and they went the other way.
