Are you your real self when you post?
If you were with a room full of people who saw your posts on MD,
would they have cause to tell you you're different than your posts?
Do you posture or let it rip?

I'm myself but I've found that if I'm with a group of people, my sense of humor doesn't flow as freely as it does online. Something about the few seconds it takes me to formulate my answers here is all I need to really let it rip.

the biggest difference is ...here we have an edit pencil ..whereas in real life there is none...

I'm pretty mostly the same. Sarcastic as hell, say what I think without much thought or being PC, don't worry bout what others think.. Biggest diffrence I don't just walk around talking about sex all the time

Actually I'm usually a little more restrained in here...my sense of humor is much raunchier in person, oddly enough. I can be as much of a bitch as anyone I know...I have a fire sign temper - it's rare and usually just a flare, but if I think there's no way a relationship can work, I turn cold as ice and cut whoever it is out of my life, period.
DRS - you forgot to add, you're just thinking about it, right? 
Just read Pam's post - yes, I usually shut up rather than argue in here. It's so much easier to type something, look at it, think twice and clear. Real life doesn't give you that option, sometimes that's a good thng though.

And yes, Heaven, agreed, I hate to argue. Go to lengths to avoid it. But if pressed, I don't back down. And it can get ugly.

I curse more in real life...I am exactly the same though, say things only I think are funny, laugh too loud.
...The way I am here is the way I am in real life, except I tend to be more polite here

I'm me, but, like Heaven....there are times I clear rather than get into it.
Not that I haven't, but all was smoothed over one on one after.
There have been a few I wanted to go off on.......it's pointless. They've just acted worse-probably to impress their friends.
