a friend and i went to the local swimming pool today ~ the water was colder then i liked ~ still the 2 water slides are fun .

Huge swim fan here  .
I try and swim about 1-2 times a week, its hard for me to find time except when I take vacation, then I'm in the pool the entire time.
I go to a really nice pool club when time permits and on Friday nights they have the late night swimming. Tuesday nights are teen pool party nights from 8-11 pm, my older daughter goes.
Soon as I get out of work today I will go right there have dinner and swim from 5-10pm, they also sometimes have a live band and entertainment for the kids

For what it's worth, it's something I used to dream about - there were no pools anywhere near me back in Queens...I'm still amazed that I live here!
(And you're always welcome to stop by for a swim!)

nice looking pool ,Heaveninawildflower, but here in iowa you would want that pool indoors or you would not be able to use but three months out of the year.
