By the time I reached Matchdoctor, I wasn't all that interested in meeting anyone, so I've only met ~10 people from this site. However, back in my dating days, I met more than 100 guys in person (and talked to at least 50 more by phone).

Come to think of it..no one has ever asked me for my phone number

I've talked to hundreds of people over the years...
met 20 or 30 in the last 3...
but I'm not in contact with any of the folks I met, (except a couple of guys that are buddies)
the sad thing is when you meet someone of the opposite sex, and the tension and excitement has built things up in both minds... when you find there is no chemistry, or worse, its a one way chemistry... after the meeting you may chat once or twice, but you walk away from each other... because there is no future...

Phone...probably 75 or so over the years...
In person...I've met probably 10 this year...maybe 25 over the years
I've dated (more than just casually) 5 hoping to increase that number to 6 soon
