What suggestions or Who can you find that makes the world a better place to live.I mean as much turmoil and negativety that is happening in this world(and MD lately) it would be nice to here some suggestion on how to make people smile instead of cry or frown.

This Person sure shows me that I don't do nearly enough to make this world better place.

If everyone had an orgasm at the same time then there would be no fighting.

A simple, warm, genuine smile often times is the only acknowledgement that some will ever get that they are appreciated as a human.

Beach..I watched the video and cried..what a touching, unselfish talent that woman has and it does so much to bring peace and happiness to grieving families.

You certainly made me think about what more I can do to make the world a better place. Thank you

What a wonderful story of someone with a huge heart....if more of us put forth even a "little" effort for the benefit of others, this world would be a much better place to live.
I'm in awe of people like this artist.

No big thing, but at least I plant some trees;
-occasionally in areas that have burned mainly,
- to reestablish wildlife habitat and prevent erosion.

Open your home to some kid that has been kicked out of his house because his parents think he's outa control...when all he needed was some positive reinforcement, patience, guidance and love.

Either start a good turn or pass one one when it happens to you!

Yep Funky--the "pay it forward" theory or do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Either one works for me.

For me? It is doing what needs to be done. It might be holding the door, or listening to a person talk. Holding someones hand and just being there.

It could be giving a helping hand with moving, or to give support.
What ever needs to be done.

Wow, Painter, you pegged it. I just recently took in my old (from 20 years ago) girlfriend's 17 year old daughter from New Mexico. She's already gotten a job!

Now, that I've done that, if we could only get rid of Bush and his cronies.
