What irritates you that others do or don't do?
Never replacing the toilet paper, .. and if'n when they do, don't they know the paper should hang over not under?

Using the sugar spoon to stir their coffee then putting it back in the sugar bowl.

I hate the toilet seat being up when I am peeing!..I mean that's like taking the bullseye away from a target...how are we suppose to aim now?!?!  ....So If you ladies would kindly do us guys a favor..and leave the toilet seat down when you finish using it

TP over for me...and I think it can depend on where the spindle is...mine's on opposite wall, so over the top makes it easier to grab!

Did you know in a pinch, if you don't have toothpaste, you can rub a piece of toilet paper (make that unused toilet paper) over your teeth for a quick cleaning (sorta)?
