how do you do the horizontal mamba???i am not going to have to stand on my head or anything weird am i???
No no no!!!!! I would never ask you to stand on your head....that's what you have to do when you do the REVERSE VERTICAL mamba....and I haven't gotten all the moves down for that one yet!
man, i love these people...they are so nice with the drinks and wanting to teach me new things

I walk over to Jester and remind him to be a gentleman. L is is a fog of her own, trying to decide which of her men to dance with first.
I locate my man outside with the gang. He's shooting the breeze. I ask him if he would like another glass of champagne and the others chime in and ask for refills. There's still a cloud of smoke in the distance, but I think Tabbykins has mentioned something about break dancing.
TAINQ has just arrived with his date and heads for the food.
The smoke has started to dissipate, as I return with the drink orders, and I see Raykl emerge from the fog. The men are ready to dance...

Thanks, wanda, but.....I don't see a sandwich....I mean there's you, there's me....where's the THIRD part of the sandwich? *grins devilishly* Oh, I SEE!!!! This is one of them thar open-faced sandwiches, isn't it????

Kirkster, Warrior, and China have just arrived. The guys all carpooled together and are in the party mode. They head straight over to the food and start to pile their plates high. My man pulls me onto the dance floor for a little rock and roll. Tabbykins does a spin on the floor. Wanda talks Lobo into staying just a bit longer, but he's too shy to dance. They head for the balcony for some fresh air.

Suddenly I remember the only lesson I learned from way back when I was married. Must've had way too much to drink as without thinking, I hear the words come out of my mouth, "Yes, dear...."
I locate my man outside with the gang. He's shooting the breeze.
I watch in amazement as he MISSES the breeze, reloads, and shoots again!

I notice Spongecakes and his date are engrossed in what appears to be a very intense conversation. I could have sworn he said he was going to leave that shirt in the closet. It really doesn't look that bad though.

I don't really know anybody here, but what the hell-the night is still young. In fact, there are almost twenty four hours left. The first person I see is ClassyBlond . I remember that she had mentioned that she worked in Los Gatos during the San Francisco earthquake, so I figure I might as well say "hi" and thank her for the invitation. We could swap a couple of earth quake stories. It looks like this may turn out to be a fun event. And who knows, this may be one of those parties where we solve all the world's problems. lol Certainly a chance to meet new people - and if it is a successful event, we could do it again on the 29th- for the Chinese New Year!!
