Does it feel like MD is drying up like a raisin? Withering and shriveling from the plump juicy grape that it used to be?

Raisins are sweeter than grapes though......oft times. Perhaps it is a good thing.

I prefer grapes, the seedless variety, and preferably black grapes too.

I prefer wine made from said grapes. Ok, truth be told, I like green, seedless grapes. Raisins disgust me!

As for MD, that is not good news since I just got here! Is it something that I typed

Good morning, Rough!

hmmmmm..... thought crossed my mind.... but it's generally just a temporary situation. People may come & go - but the "spirit lives on" !

I echo what Pat said!

I am hoping that with cooler weather, we'll start getting more new people & more of the old reg's returning!

Yeah, kind of. When I first got here, I was greeted with interesting, thought-provoking threads and now it all seems to be mindless chatter and flirting. Peek into the dating and sex threads, and the sex threads for that matter, to see what I'm talking about. And on that point, take a look at what the politics section has become.

I'm sorry, I just really hate that stuff in excess. I love the discussion, and there just seems to be not enough of it.

Ah yes, the theory of positive return on investment.

I would think those with less invested would have an easier time breaking even these days.

I think MissLiss has a valid thought about the season(s) and people coming & going being inside or outside. I may have to clear out of here again myself in a bit. Getting back to work, trying to get things done & no self dicipline when it comes to time in here. Sometimes need to take drastic measures -- No computer por me until...... I can use my time effectively (well productively).

I know that I'm not on here as much as I was. I'm putting way too much time in at school AND bringing stuff home with me. It's gotta stop or I'll burn out before October!

Hi Myst! Thanks sweetie but not sure it will calm down at all this year. We'll see. I just hope all those who have left for one reason or another come back soon.
