I have seen a few women who absolutely could not help flaunting their equipment. A somewhat astounding sight. The voyeur in me loves cleavage- the times of political correctness dictate that I try my best to not stare. lol In fact, I have seen cleavages that actually entice people of all sexes to take notice, because of the exceptional overall appearance of the bosom.
Personally, I think that a woman has a right to dress as she pleases, as with all personal issues. The problem is that there are people who accept provocative dress to be a veiled personal invitation to violate a woman's right to decide when and who to have relations with. The good thing for women is that there are not a lot of men who act on those beliefs.
When I was growing up in the fifties, long skirts were the thing. An overall conservative feel, but a time of both prosperity and strong union membership. The sixties came along with the mini-skirt and ban the bra movement. I was in heaven, and it was not really that impolite to stare. The march of progress. And women still earn less then men generally speaking.

I certainly don't "hate 'em. But i am always a bit surprised when she flaunts the ta'tas, and then says she doesn't understand why men treat her irreverently.
