When I lived in the college dorms, a black college football player (who also lived on the same floor and down the hall) knocked on my door several times over a 15 min. period and kept asking my for a condom. I had a female friend with me in my dorm room and the guy said to me... "Just let me use yours after you are done".
I had to keep pushing him away from my door and telling him to leave me alone. I think that my lady friend was creeped out by that, I certainly was and I was embarrassed.
Could you imagine?
I don't even know why I am telling you guys this story.

Recycling condoms? Well....before you use them on your cat's paws, or for party balloons, if you really want to get your money's worth, recycle them yourself!
You know, like the college guys do with their underwear so they don't have to do laundry so often -
Turn 'em inside out and use 'em again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
