Monster.com is one source
Most newspapers have online versions now, those might be another source.
Freep.com, etc.
Good luck!!

Before I retired, I used to use monster.com to find employees and had great success with it. If/when you get serious about this "dream", you might want to post to the MD members what type of position you are seeking.
There is nothing better than "networking" when seeking a position. I'm sure many MD members have connections to people seeking talented workers.
Best of luck!!!

careerbuilder.com, i think lycos.com has a jobs section. as mentioned earlier each hometown newspaper has a help wanted section. pick any small town here in the States and go to their employment section. my hometown newspaper is the "Andalusia Star News" actually it is a countywide newspaper. Andalusia is about 25 miles north of me. perhaps some other M D friends of Bluebonnet can let her look at the Ads in their hometown. we be jammin

Also....do you have an idea of where you would live? Lots of city's newspapers have online classifieds.
