Y'all remember I was having my car computer coming on? Well... I think the problem has been fixed, but I noticed somethng today. Apparently, the "service engine soon" light comes on ONLY when I'm driving at 50 mph. Is there a reason for this? Is the computer just being "cranky"?

...or you could just keep on driving it until the engine seizes up, and then you'll know for sure......

I drove with my check engine light on my truck for over 60,000 miles. I only got it fixed because I told them to fix everything that was wrong with it when I paid it off. When they fixed that, on the invoice, it said oxygen sensor.
Its a gimmick to get you to take your vehicle in so they can tell you what else you need. Just like the one daytime running lamp that always goes out on the GMC and Chevy trucks and suv's. They dont both go out at the same time.......just one.
