I just got home from the vet.  My favorite Kitty Cat in the whole wide world has something seriously wrong. I noticed a knot on his tummy night before last. The Dr. said it was either an infected nipple, he has been bit by another male cat, or its a tumor. I am giving him antibiotics and hot packs to the spot until Friday when he has to go back in and have surgery to detirmine what is is for sure.
Please pray with me that it isn't cancer.

Thanks Loreli. I think I could use one too. I have bawled and bawled. I CAN'T loose him! I am cashing in the last 2 savings bonds I have and have gathered up all my gold jewerly to take to the pawn shop! NOTHING is going to stop him from getting that surgery!

Awww Luvvy...or course honey!!
I know how you feel when an animal so close gets sick.
I had to put Jason's cat down this past summer, it about killed me to do so. Unconditional love it what they give to us, it's only right for us to take care of them.

You & your kitty-cat are for sure in my prayers...I know what ya are going through hon... My pom is 11 yrs old & found out last month she has a tumor on her stomach...Cause of her age & health...There's nothing they can do for her...

Thank you all, and Little Dude thanks you too.  I knew I could count on my friends here that know what it is to be loved unconditionally. (even though with cats, its when they want to love you) 
I tramatized him giving him the antibiotics. Is there an easy way to do this? It broke my heart to have to try to hold his head still and make him swallow it.

You could try giving it to him with some tuna fish or whatever his favorite food is...good luck Luv...cats really DO have 9 lives you know...but they know when it's their time. If he's acting feisty, that's a good thing!

Luvy, good thoughts and prayers are with you and Little Dude. I know we only have our precious fur-babies for just a little while here on earth, but we remember them, all of them, forever. Hope it is only an infection, keep giving him the antibiotics faithfully.

If he's acting feisty, that's a good thing!  Duh, didn't even think about that! (not thinking real good right now)  He is still his feisty self too! 
keep giving him the antibiotics faithfully. I sure will.

Luvvy you know you and Little Dude both have my thoughts and prayers. I've been through this so many times in the past few years but it never gets any easier. It's so hard to watch them feeling bad but not being able to tell us what's wrong. I hope it turns out to be just an infection of some kind.
