Will you get down/over here and collect a few of your coins ?
They don't fit in any coin machines, and if you accidentally take them to any other state, they look at you like you made them in your garage, and their not sure whether to call the FBI...... 
Oh, and is there any kind of map, that shows who speaks English, and who speaks french, and who speaks both.....Thank you in advance......
If you ever wish to visit, I'll whip up a bunch of homemade fries and have some Malt vinegar waiting for ya.

I've always heard that if you drive behind any Kmart or Walmart stores that are just over the USA side of the border, you'll find old discarded shoes in just about any size made...... (and I heard that from my ex-husband's Canadian cousin)

Being so close to the Canadian border, it rubs off on us Wisconsinites. Two comical musical groups from this area Da Yoopers & Bananas At Large stemmed from Canadian roots & heritage. And of course there's Bob & Doug MacKenzie too.

eyes....that is an awesome article and sooooo real. When I was back in Canada last summer people were coming up to me (when they heard I was living here) and thanked me for the sacrifice of American troops....they were a bit taken aback when I reminded them that I am Canadian and that our troops are over there dying as well. Seems the ignorance isn't just outside of our great country....

Someday, I hope to wander around (and around) that vast country north of the US. Growing up in western New York, Niagra Falls was a regular 'thang' to do with anyone visiting; and Toronto was close enough, too. In the late 60's, I spent some time in Montreal, visiting a Quaker safe house and its inhabitants. Here on the left side of the continent, I've enjoyed Vancouver and Victoria. Just a small taste......leaves me wanting more!!!
