I allow myself a pissy mood now and then..it feels good to let it all out at times.....then...I either go for a walk away from people or meditate or both. Then I return to civilization

Have a couple drinks, and make others laugh, it is always contagious, and it is hard to feel down or pissy, when you have a smile on your face.

why I open a bottle of cheap wine and log on to MD. After I verbally smack around a few troglodytes, I get to giggling and then I jump up and do a little dance around the chair and high five myself in the mirror.
Donny is still hot .....for an old guy!

When I joined here I was miserable, most of the time. I admit it now. But I won't again. The good peeps here got me to laughing my azz off. I mean what was left of it. The no good peeps were doing their unlevel best to take huge bites out of it. Those with more than tooth of course.
So many funny souls hang here! This joint was a Godsend. Not only because it helped me realize that there are people out there a hell of a lot more screwed up than me.

Personally, I just go female pit bull and everybody leaves me alone till I'm over it...and then I go and apologize to everyone for being such a biatch...good thing it doesn't happen all that often. Depressed was a whole nother thing though...in the old days when that would happen I'd dig a hole, climb in and pull it in after me...ugh.
