Posts: 732 I read today that in February housing sales were up about 5%. It's a start, but I wonder with all the layoffs what is to be down the road. I'm trying to remain optimistic about things, trying to stay positive.

Posts: 12,578 I doubt if it will improve within the next year but in a few years, I sure hope so. I'd like to retire and know I had money to live on!

Posts: 18,025 noo..........the gas prices are going up again and so is everything else little by little and I see more things closing
