A person who shows such animosity towards you and others would bother to email you ?? And further more to put themselves in the position of being accused of harassment in doing so?? Especially when the email is filled with slander and foul language??? I know I have never emailed someone I dont like first I may have responded tho  .. mainly cause it could be twisted/altered and used against me.. I rather have my confrontations in the open.. where all can be seen.. and also.. if someone did do that to you would you report them?? or forward the nasty email to the MODs?  or maybe even copy paste it in a thread for all to see how sweet and wonderful they really are?? (um wait that happened a few times already huh ) anyways just wondering what you all would do in this type of situation..

Becky, I have often wondered this too.
There are very few people on this site I "don't like" and they aren't important enough in my life to waste time emailing.
I also wonder about total strangers who come across your profile and just decide to email something nasty. Now what's the use in that? 
IMO, both cases are done by someone who just want to stir up trouble.

...I don't open much mail, so they got smart and loaded the subject line. There was so much filth in the ones I received, that I would not post on here and just clicked the block button.

No. Nobody has the right to hurl foul language around in the forums or in e-mail. I'm sorry. I must have misunderstood. I just meant....better to take it to private than on every thread.

It might just be possible that the person was responding to insulting and libelous (it's called LIBEL, not SLANDER, when it's written/typewriten, by the way), and harassing posts made about them and their posts in a thread that had since gotten locked down and therefore, that person didn't get a chance to rebut your remarks? I dunno; just a guess.

Actually, some of the ones I received are just repeats of things said in the forums. They were not an attempt to discuss or bury the hatchet. I think some of the words were in the essence of STFU.
Discussing by email is great but not when mud and foul language is thrown around.

( I knew ya would POM too much attention not to grab it for yourself) I would like to know where I had slandered or libeled you?? I gave my opinion of your actions nothing more...yet you emailed me with foul words (which is totally your MO and you have been warned by the mods about it ) and libelous accusations out of NOWHERE.. I have never emailed you or did anymore than post my opinions on something to have you rant about them like you do to anyone who disagrees with you... I have yet to see a civil discussion from you ... and frankly usually just skip over your rants to find something worth reading...it does get tiresome tho to have to wade through either your rants or whines about being MADE the victim (what is that about? how can you be made the victim on a site where you have the option to leave??)
