Well, so many things are dependent on unknown information! Is it an eohippus or a stegosaurus? It is alive, or dead? if one of my grandchildren had been around, it might not be all that unusual to wake up and find a plastic toy dinosaur in my living room. (The kind of things you just hate finding by stepping on them barefoot or in your stocking feet!)
Interesting, though, how questions like this reveal a lot about the person answering, by what they reveal their assumptions to be about the matter. (Those who make assumptions, that is.)
