The only time we sit in traffic around here is when we are waiting on yet another train....I usually file my nails or hum along with a song or just reflect on what the day was like or will be like.. depending on the time of day it is.

I usually look around at the other drivers... and laugh.. some get soooooooooo pissed off its hilarious.. I mean you CANT do anything about it so why stress?? crank up the tunes and rock out  or I play thumbwrestling with the kids over the back seat,, Im a pro at this been doing it for years...

Not much traffic out here where I live but if I go into San Antonio and get stuck in traffic, I just wait it out. No use stressing over it. I might have to call if I have an appt somewhere but oh well...

Usually what I have to do whenever I get where I'm going...I know I seem imaginative, I'm not really...Although I do check out other guys in cars...I love me some double lanes

When I drove a semi, traffic jams weren't bad all the time ... you can see right down into the cars next to you .... it's amazing what some women do to themselves in a car when they think nobody can see them ....

That reminds me of a time all right...back in the day. My boy friend and I were going to Pocono Raceway for a rock festival. The traffic jam STARTED at the bridge (have to admit I don't remember which one, but it was half a state away from the track). Who needed a radio? We all got out and threw Frisbees around, passed around bottles of wine and ...ahem...any other good stuff we had. We sang and danced and had a blast, generally for about half an hour at a time, then back into the car to go another 20 feet or so!!
