Are there things you would say or discuss among adults that you would not say or discuss in front of children?
How about in front of your coworkers or your boss versus your friends and/or family?

Of course, there's tons of things that I would discuss with some people that I wouldn't discuss with others. In some ways I am more open with my close friends than I am with my family.

Well yes I think there are issues that I wouldn`t and haven`t discussed in front of my children..whats that saying..Little Pitchers have big ears..
And they also often repeat to whom ever will listen the things that they have heard..
And a childs version of what he/she hears can often be quite differant from what was really said..and so taken in an entirely differant context.. hope I worded that right...lol

Might not the answer be obvious?
Below are some answers given by children on a Bible Study exam:
Pay special attention to the wording and spelling.
It comes from a Catholic Elementary school test.
The following statements about the Bible were written by children.
They have not been retouched nor corrected. (i.e., incorrect spelling has been left in).
Lots wife was a pillar of salt during the day, but a ball of fire during the night.
The Jews were a proud people and throughout history they had trouble with unsympathetic Genitals.
Sampson was a strongman who let himself be led astray by a Jezebel like Delilah.
Moses led the Jews to the Red sea where they made unleavened bread which is bread without any ingredients.
The Egyptians were all drowned in the dessert,
Afterwards, Moses went up to Mount Cyanide to get the ten ammendments.
The first commandment was when Eve told Adam to eat the apple.
The seventh Commandment is thou shalt not admit adultery.
Moses died before he ever reached Canada ..
Then Joshua led the Hebrews in the battle of Geritol.
The greates miricle in the bible is when Joshua told his son to stand still and he obeyed him.
David was a Hebrew king who was skilled at playing the liar.
He fought the Finkelsteins, a race of people who lived in bibical times.
Solomon, one of Davids sons, had 300 wives and 700 porcupines.
Jesus was born because Mary had an immaculate contraption.
St. John the blacksmith dumped water on his head.
Jesus enunciated the Golden Rule, which says to do unto others before they do one to you. He also explained, a man doth not live by sweat alone.
The epistels were the wives of the apostals.
St. Paul cavorted to Christianity, he preached holy acrimony, which is another name for marraige.
Christians have only one spouse. This is called monotony.

I feel that I'm among friend here so in that respect I say pretty much the same sort of things that I would say to my local flesh and blood friends.
I will admit that I say things in the sex forums that I would never say to a woman outside of the forum. However that depends on the woman and how close we are.
It all depends on the setting I guess.

My children have been adults for a few years now. But with my co-workers, one time I opened my big mouth and said I was internet dating. The pounced on me for so long over that.

This is simply all about having proper boundaries as far as I'm concerned.
There are just too many to list and I'm not sure where you are wanting to go with this.

Where I'm going is that everything posted here is readily and easily available to the public because no part of this site is excluded from being spidered by search engines. Even the sex forums. And profile photos are included.
So the reality is that the "over 18"' restriction is a joke and there is no keeping any discussion among adults or within select groups. Your coworkers, your boss, even your children can all come here and perhaps stumble across your postings.
Ain't necessarily a pretty thought, is it?

I'm not concerned about what others may find that Ive said.
Some of my female friends here have made me aware of something kind of disturbing. Apparently a lot of you women get e-mails from men who don't know where to draw the line. A couple have told me about some downright threatening e-mails in fact a few women have simply left the site because of it.

Some of us don't have reason to be concerned, Sponge.
But the emails...that's just so wrong. Do they complain about or block the senders?

For the most part, yes. However it's easy to get a new account and send more e-mails.
I may be a smart a** but I still respect women.

Thats pretty lame for sure Sponge...One time on a different site, I received email from a man that seemed nice. We wrote a couple of times and then I got an email from a woman warning about him lieing and he was married. I responded to her mail with a thank you and asked how she knew the truth. She replied saying she was his wife and filled me in on lots of garbarge. I cancelled my profile.

I am not worried. I am a blunt, assertive person. I never say anything online that I wouldn't say to someone if asked. The over 18 issue is just to cover the sites butt anyway. I think anyone that spend any time online is aware of that issue.

No, Waiting. That wasn't my point. It can be embarrassing to have MD mentioned to you by one who you'd least expect to know you frequented the site, let alone when posts are not in keeping with the "face" you wear elsewhere. (This hasn't happened to me personally, btw.)
And, just telling something isn't always as effective as getting people to actually think about the point beforehand.
