Have you met the new neighbors yet?
I appreciate historic areas.
St. Augustine[very historic town] is on my ta do list. 
They even have a haunted mansions tour there.
I wonder if it's for real.
Come to think of it. You living in a historic area, you might even experience a few ghost yourself.
Lord knows i have seen a few in my day.

most of my neighbors are LAWYERS !!!!! and there is one verrrry good looking one- maybe 58 or so......  - have to run now- last min. packing before the movers get here ........later
