Every once a while i get a email from a supposed attractive young girl in the early to mid 20's (usually) white and model type. Supposedly the person finds me very attractive and provides the instant messenger id to chat.
I usually play along and add them to the messenger to have fun, they claim to post from first NY then the story changes that they are elsewhere in the US and finally they are taking care of the sick mother in West Africa or stranded in a foreign country(usually somewhere in Africa) lol.
But now its come to a point of being annoying, now most of the times i just delete the email and block that person.
Im sure many of you have similar stories to tell on this site.
What i dont understand is why the Administrators of this site dont screen people, there could a few of these trolls with multiple logins especially when the IP address of the person does not match the country they are claiming from?

SAM--most people report the scammers, then MD checks them out. Although they don't always do anything about them.

SAM--most people report the scammers, then MD checks them out. Although they don't always do anything about them.
Thats the thing, they should have a more thorough screening process, many people are gullible and can get taken for a ride easily

Scammers are just a fact of life...especially on free dating sites. Fortunately most of them are obvious so we just report and MD deletes.

Truth time...
I have a friend with an AMD account...the cam girls are ever present, hitting you up with their emails and then luring you into camming with them. They do need your credit card....just to enroll you of course...but they promise ever so sincerely that they will refund it....just because they like you.
We were bored so we had a little contest...
IM with a naughty cam girl and see how long you can keep her hanging trying to get your credit card number. It's hard than you might think. These savvy girls have a 6th sense as to who is gonna pay to see them naked and who is not. AND...it required me to pretend to be a man while chatting with these "ladies" in an effort to "scam the scammer".
I did end up winning with a total time of 1 hour and 45 minutes. She begged, pleaded, cajoled and talked dirty. But being a woman...I think I had the upper hand over a man because I actually knew what would keep her on the line.
Loooooordy was she pissed to find out I'd wasted almost 2 hours of her night and not only that...but I was a half way decent looking straight woman.
One of my prouder moments.
