I have spoken to LGQ extensively...I think she is lovelier and more honest than half the people old enough to be her parents.
It just bugged me because I have 5 very close people in my life that do have overweight issues, and 2 have life-threatening illness, one with a heart problem (who did lose 20 pounds so far), one with apnea (my daughter's father....and it's bad), another that had 2 knee replacements because they had gained so much weight, their legs couldn't hold them-lost 50 pounds. One has problems with stairs, another had bypass.
That is the point I was trying to make.Excuse me for giving a shit.

BTW, I figured out why she can cook..... She is an Italian chick.
I swear there's an Italian cooking gene...my ex-bf was encouraged to be a chef by everyone who's tasted his cooking, but he felt it was too much work so he went into aeronautics instead.
Anyway, I'm not 'buttering' him up, but I'm not wild about 'battering' him either. I've actually corresponded with Mike/Mac/Pussy and while he's definitely not your typical anything, I've also seen 'real' pictures of him - he did a pretty neat job of photoshopping his pic to produce his Neanderthal image - kind of like when he did this with mine...
And English IS a second language for him...
Just sayin'...some people just love to yank peoples' chains and see how they react...I'm not saying it's a good thing, or that I'd ever do it, but I just felt like blowing his cover a wee bit.

I swear there's an Italian cooking gene.
I musta missed out on that. Burnt an omelet the other night. Well, some of it anyway. The other parts of it...the non burnt ones...were delicious...and it was my first time making one.
Anyway....McPussy/Mike is pretty sweet...he sent me a nice email the other night =)

i fixed me an egg and english muffin and there was egg yellow left on the little plate and Leah MIss kitty ate it.. well since august leat year and my wedding i lost 50 pounds didnt intend to my sugar is tween 110 and 120 every day.. i am at this time on NO diabetic meds.. Sweet N L

Me too - in fact I was the one who did it, when I lost 50 pounds. Careful though, keep testing - unfortunately it doesn't always just stay that way...your body adjusts.
Good work though, hope it's more permanent for you than it was for me!
