If you love seafood, here is a site which is essential if you want to help solve the problem of overfishing:
Fishwatch
It has links to over thirty different fish species.
And here is a site with seafood guides that you can download and print according to your location:
Seafood Watch Pocket Guide

I don't think mine is sustainable. Every time I get a plate full of it,,
it just disappears.

I'm scared to look at the links. What if *they* tell me that seafood has been tainted & it is all unsafe???
This weekend I intend to go about my life in a generalized state of fogginess. I don't want to hear alarm stories.
Just please bring me a 6oz filet mignon & a cold water lobster tail
Yes, I have been spoiled thankyouverymuch

Rest assured, all of MY seafood is safe. I won't eat it. You can't make me.

I'm scared to look at the links. What if *they* tell me that seafood has been tainted & it is all unsafe??? The websites provide some nutritional information, but the primary focus is whether a specific species is in danger of being overfished (in which case the question of whether it is safe to eat is moot.)
