Just seeking a little TLC today. Just got home from work feeling miserable
Guess I have a virus (and on a weekend ) yet at least I haven't lost my sense of humor.....I laugh because I am such a strong capable woman, but when I'm sick I'm just a big ole baby
Anyone else like that when you're sick

Sorry to hear you are feeling bad. I think everybody gets a bit childish when they are feeling poorly. You just don't have the strength to be adult...lol. So you revert back to childhood. That's ok, your allowed to now and then. I was sick all through Christmas this year but I still amnaged to make the best of my time with my family.

Thanks tink and green.
Are Tinker sprinkles kinda like angel sprinkles from heaven?
If so throw a little towards the left side of my head, neck and body ok? Oh, and my left ear needs some too.

I plan my sicknesses. I know when I'm feeling I should be getting sick, and I have lots of things to do - kids and stuff - that I can put off actually getting sick until I have time for it. I'll bet, Angel, that you've done that too. So enjoy your down time... you've earned it. Curl up under something warm.

Hi Angel,
I hope you feel better when you get up. I know I am a big baby when I am sick, but we all need our down time. Take the weekend to relax and recupperate.
We miss you when you are not on, so get well soon!
Hugs!

AngelLight... I'm sorry you're not feeling well. Snuggle up tonight in your softest blanky and watch a movie. Baby yourself. I promise you'll feel better! I'll be sending some positive energy your way.
BIG HUGS!!!

ooh, tinker, those are pretty. i need to make something like that for stationery.
angel, i have specific rituals when i'm sick. i put the 'oh' in moaning and groaning. i get decorative boxes of puffs tissue with aloe vera (of course). i put more pillows on my bed (like i don't have enough) and nap!
feel better soon.

Being sick sucks, AngelLight. Milk it for all it's worth, girl!

Angel,
Feel better soon. I think those 'Tinker Sprinkles' must have knocked you out. What kind of drugs are you passing out, Nanner Girl???

Thank you everyone for such kind, loving thoughts and words, and advise. I emotionally feel better having just received your precious responses.
I'm definitely open to any positive energy and love sent my way, I guess I really do believe that love heals all.
Just got up and I am feeling slightly better, at least I can actually hold my head up without nearly passing out
And Sci, I'm laughing my butt off with your advise to milk it for what it's worth because I've been staying with a friend temporarily until I can move into my new condo, and since I literally just woke up, the very first thing I said to her was "You know, this is a milking weekend, is that ok with you?" She said, "Yeah I had a feeling it was gonna be and I have no problem with that"
She's downstairs right now making me oatmeal
And Pete, I know what you mean about "planning sickness"...I actually haven't been feeling well for a week or more but have had so much going on in Court I haven't had time to let my body just be as it is, until now. Now that the people I've been working with are taken care of I guess my body is now saying "Ok, I've given you time . Now pay attention to me"
