Some of us don't leave, we have moved on to other things and relationships. We don't post as much in the forums as we used to. In my case, getting custody of my kids has curtailed my online usage as the kids use the computer for homework. I wouldn't have it any other way. I still read the forum posts and check in from time to time.

I agree with mich....
I love reading the threads. I log on and read. Lots going on with two children in middle school, youngest starting first grade, three additional sweet children every other weekend and my job.
I comment when the mood hits. I'm not considered one of the people this thread is about, but I can understand it.

I dont think people leaving MD has anything to do with being awesome or worthless....fighting,meaness or being bullied out.
Just like the people that have freedom of speech and freedom of silence or the freedom of religion and freedom without...thats all it is.
Freedom to be on MD or too be off.

I think people usually leave for higher pay, shorter hours, opportunity, and better working conditions. Like air conditioning.
