So it was God that intervened in 2000, and not Katherine Harris and the Florida Republicans, who made a concerted effort to disenfranchise tens of thousands of black voters. Gotcha. God hates black people.
And God intervened in 2004, and not the Republican party putting together the "astroturf" movement to sling slander at Kerry. Gotcha. God rewards lying.

Liberals hate the rule of law. They despise the Constitution.
They cannot stand that the United States Supreme Court declared George Bush won the 2000 presidential election. They refuse to accept the law.
They HATE the law. They DESPISE IT. The only law they are willing to accept and they want to force you to accept is THEIR OWN LAW. They HATE the will of the people.
Their president Barack Hussein Obama CONTINUES TO IGNORE THE WILL OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE AND THE LAW and to push this Obamacare disaster that the people don't want, the voters voted against and the courts ruled unconstitutional. THESE DEMOCRATS DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANY OF THAT. They will have their agenda no matter who objects.
VOTE THESE LAWLESS OBAMACRATS WHO SEEK TO THWART THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO SERVE OUT!

For liberals, EVERYTHING is about race, age, gender, sexual orientation... etc. they are obsessed with dividing people into separate groups and then turning them against each other. No one is just an American to them, they are all this type or that type or some other type.
And anyone who says anything they don't like is a racist. It kind of makes you laugh when you think about it.

It was black voters who were disproportionately targeted by Katherine Harris (et al) in the 2000 voter purge. Some 80,000 voters who were taken off the rolls based off of a matching criteria that says "if their name is even vaguely similar to that of a felon or a felon's alias, take them off; but don't check age or gender; and make sure that Hispanic voters aren't targeted, the Cubans vote Republican."
One county ran a test after the fact. They found that the rate of "false positives" was about 95%. (That is, 95 out of 100 voters who were listed as "felons to be purged," were not in fact felons.) So, for instance, a 65-yo grandmother named "Christina Johnson" could be purged because there's a 23-yo felon named "John Christians" (yes, they let the matching switch first and last names).
Modern-day Jim Crow laws, it is. And it's how the GOP has been winning close races the last decade or two. If Democratic voters are purged from the rolls, it makes it hard for them to get back on.
But it's obviously God who is forcing the GOP to play these dirty tricks, to help them win.

Not that I'm particularly claiming that the Republican leadership is outright racist.
It's just that minorities are an easily-targeted group who are known to vote Democrat in overwhelming numbers, and so any policy that denies them their right to vote is likely to be more harmful to the Democrats.
Of course, having the Republicans constantly trying to deny minorities the right to vote probably has a LOT to do with the fact that the OTHER messages in the Republican platform are being shouted down. Quite a lot of minorities would like a lot of the Republican platform, but being singled out for discrimination (based on the correlation of their skin color with their voting record) tends to keep alive the feelings of persecution.
A decade or two of the Republicans NOT trying to take away the voting rights of minorities (and other groups not-as-easily identifiable as reliable Democratic voters) would give the Republicans a better chance of winning minority votes, but they'd have to accept losing some close races NOW.

Napa: A decade or two of I think you're being rather generous. Voters (all sorts) tend to have a much shorter attention span. Many politicians take advantage of it by introducing unpopular legislation early in their terms, and "handing out candy" before elections.

Good time for reiterating the history of the Republican and Democrat parties and their record on African-American rights.
There is no comparison. While Democrats opposed black liberty at every turn in this country, Republicans were the party of liberation for them. The Democrats have employed a systematic strategy to expunge and rewrite that history in order to coopt the black vote. In essence, blacks have been voting against their own interests for decades.
