mean marion, my x-gf who ruin't me, has threatened to come see me this wknd, so I needz to clean my house, butt Im not because she has told he this before, and hasn't showed up. this time, however, both her brother and sister sez its true, and they are all coming along too, and want to have a party at my house, so I should clean it up a little bit, I reckonz.

hmmm, nothing too encouraging for me yet 
reckon I'll just not clean anywayz, because mean marion sez she now weighs 250 lbs, and there won't be any sex going on, and if she can let herself go that much, then why should I bother

Try hypnosis one-on-one ~vs~ the mass audience method, which is only marginally effective with some people.
This worked for my sister in-law..she hasn't smoked a day since.

Hm, me thinks he does not want mean Marion to stay. I personally would not clean it either if I wanted some one to be repulsed.
Well, still have not done any coffee. It was hard. I drove past Starbucks yesterday. I made a GOOD shake today, no coffee in it.
I did put a DAB of peanut butte r(about 1/4 of what I put in yesterday) in it with cocoa nibs and lecithin and I have not bought any peanut butter M&Ms either! I think it was the cocoa butter and the lecithin I was craving before. No cravings!
I did not put honey in it either. Didn't need it!
Yesterday, I helped the ex move his stuff from one storage room to another and we didn't fight! Not once! It was amazing!
I didn't talk down to him either when he tried doing stuff the hard way or got anal about stuff. Just reminded him I didn't have all day to help and he remembered he had homework.  I guess we can be friends but not bf/gf.

well, my house isn't a pig-pen, but pretty much bachelor...not exactly how I'd preferz it to look for having some wimmenz company for a night or two, or... 
also, whenever she gains the flubberz, she won't wearz skirts, dresses, or hoseryz...grrr!

I did NOT find my inspection report or driver's license to take with me to court today, but I did NOT lose my cool when talking to the prosecutor and he dismissed all charges in spite of my lack of 'papers'. 
He did NOT want to take it to trial with me and I knew it. And he knew that I did NOT want to take it to trial either, but that I would.
I did NOT stay for the second hour of choir tonight because my head hurts and I have a toothache.  Too much caffeine today...and I will admit to a bit of stress over the court thing.

Did NOT jump on the leftist claque's unjustified outcry for the arrest of Zimmermann. I KNOW better than to be stampeded into a premature conclusion before the FACTS are KNOWN and the EVIDENCE and EXHIBITS such as the Police Report are made of record for the benefit of law enforcement/the courts.
Hey Mr. Obama, if I had a son, you can bet your bottom dollar that he would NOT look like the dead perpetrator.

Again, no coffee. I did drink some yesterday afternoon before attacking the yard again. Hey, it makes me cold so I thought I could use the cooling down. *likely story, right?*
Ok, still no peanut butter m&ms. Yayyyy! Instead, I finally have a shake I enjoy.  I also stopped procrastinating and finished a tutorial I was supposed to make.

I drank the coffee today. I use pain stuff in the fixins for the coffee. I struggled through the pain and actually did work on my tutorial. I DID NOT have any peanut butter M&Ms.  I also did not be mean to my ex.
