Snapper soup is good...:)
I might be wrong about this, but why would humans need K9 teeth if they weren't meant to tear and chew food? Wouldn't our teeth be more like a cow's if that were the case?

Speaking of snappin turtles,do you all know how bonafide turtles catchers get their turtles?
They walk the drainage ditches and if they step on or poke with a stick what feels like a rock they reach down into the water and yank out a snapper.
NO! I am not bonafide.
Caught a huge snapper once and threw him into the back of my truck to deal with later.I dont know how he did he but was able to escape, tailgate was closed up and nothing to climb on in the box

Does not Shamans claim to communicate with trees and plants on some level?
This is amazing. The plants know.

So maybe we should ask nice before we eat them.
But eating an apple might not mean killing it? You can´t eat a cow without killing it. At least i can´t. Of course if there are cow spirits there´s no real big harm done but that´s another story :)

And if you are a veg head- you kill a plant to eat it, don't you?
I myself am a chicken and fish person. I stopped eating all other meats over a year and a half ago. My diet now consist mostly of fruits and veggies. I stay aaway from lobster because of the cruel way they are cook. I stopped eating chinese food over 10 years ago. After seeing a HBO documentry on the chinese, I decided that I love my pets as pets, not food.

Have any of you red meat eaters ever seen how cows are processed at a slaughter house? If you did, you wouldn't eat red meat anymore. They grind up tumors and all into your hamburgers....therefore i don't eat red meat...and never will...
Yes I have, doesent bother me a bit. I slaughtered my own cow in high school, raised it myself too. I got an A for the project and was written up in the school paper. Some of the best steaks I have ever had! Grain fed from birth that bad boy was.. Gee, things have changed a lot in 30 years..I'll bet there isn't a high school in the USA that would encourage a class project like that.
My Grandfather worked at a turkey processing plant for 15 years. I went there a lot. Want me to tell you what it was like? Gee and Thanksgiving just a day or 2 away. The plant itself was not so bad, very clean and mostly automated. But the farm they came from was a different story...
I lived with 2 of the most hard core Vegans you have ever met. They were freaks! Totally obsessed with what they ate. Also 2 of the most sickly people I have ever known, always were sick. But yet they would wolf down a pile of pills in the morning that would choke a horse. Pale complexions, bad teeth and the girl was loosing her hair last time I saw her.
But yet they maintained they were health freaks..uh..ok.
To each there own...more T-Bones for the rest of us! And you simply have not had a good omlet until you've had it made from eggs fresh out of the chickens butt.

So if meat is murder. Then wouldn't it be safe to say that beating your meat is attempted murder?
