The first thing I think that needs to be done is toughen the laws. If you are even carrying a gun? Off to jail for 5 years. No questions and no excuses. If you are under 18? Boot camp!. You need to learn some respect for others because obviously you're a spoiled brat who never learned any manners or respect for anyone. Few years of hard labour and a drill sargeant might sort these sorry little b*******ds out. If you are from another country and are NOT a Canadian citizen? Kiss your butt goodbye and you're not ever allowed back in Canada. If you are old enough to carry a gun and kill a human? You're old enough to do some serious time. I have no patience for "rehab". It's not like killing is a "new concept" or they "didnt know right from wrong". Oh. Did I say all THAT out loud?
