Canada Horror Story!
Would love to see the womens team play the mens, I really think the women would beat their sorry asses. Joe Sakic is NOT a leader, and Martin is NOT the best goalie in the world. The defence was slow and ineffective. No team work, no crisp passing, what the hell happened in 4 years?

What happened in 4 years is that these guys got older, slower and bigger heads. They think they are untouchable, gods gift to the game of hockey, they don't play as a team, they play as individuals thinking they can do everything on their own. The women's team would definitely kick their lazy butts up and down the ice.

We had some young canadians(19-21) guys come down to Arizona and they were starting up a new team. They lived in the complex where I lived and they never talked to anyone, but there own friends. Yes! I know they spoke French, but that is not excuse for being rude. There team had it's problems ,and it cost to much for tickets, for the middle class whites and hispanics in the area. They were called the Gila Monsters.That is a sad commentary on mens sports!!!

Just an FYI, not everyone from Quebec speaks english. Did you speak with them or did you expect them to speak with you? Americans are not like Canadians when it comes to hockey. Hockey will never mean to Americans, what it means to Canadians, just like the reverse is true about baseball.....one of the most boring sports ever!!!!
