"The New Suit"
It's about lies and a script that doesn't exist.

I wanted to make people curious. I don't like to give away too much. Watch it, and you will know what I mean. No one else told ANYTHING about their movies. At least I gave a brief description. HeeHee!!!

I just rented and watched.. Grizzly Man .. the documentary on Timothy Treadwell who spent 13 summers on Kodiak Island in Alaska with the grizzlies before being eaten by one in 2003.
This man had some severe problems that someone should have helped him with. I believe in my heart that he meant well, but he was not within his full faculties and for that I feel genuinely sorry.
On a better note about the movie.. he got some absolutely breathtaking shots of the grizzlies and the music and tribute done by the producer were wonderful. The outcome was sad.

Luvs,
They recently had a TV program about him. It also included others who have risked their lives around animals of the wild. One of them was the man who was attacked by the Chimpanzee. I think it was a chimp anyway.
Getting back to the Grizzly man. I guess he had met a woman and taken her back into the wild with him. She shared his passion. Nuff said about that.
I agree with you, he really did love the bears and looked out for their safety.

The last movie I saw was Doom. Nothing special but it was a free rental so why not. If nothing else I can at least say the portion of the film that was done in 1st person perspective was cool.
Classy_Blonde, in the Grizzly Man movie the girl he brought along didn't share his passion at all (not sure if that was your assumption or if the special made it to seem that way). The documentary mentioned that she was scared to death of the bears and wouldn't go anywhere near them. I loved this film (I thought it was hilarious for the most part but then again I also thought Natural Born Killers was funny) but the only person I felt sorry for was his girlfriend (and maybe the bear a little bit). It REALLY irritated me to hear that looney guy whining to the camera about how no one really loved him and yet this girlfriend of his who was so scared of these bears died while trying to fight off (with a frying pan) the one that had its mouth around his head.
Oh and it really sucks but the guy really didn't need anymore help. He was given medication to control his bi-polar problem but he didn't like losing his highs (being sane just isn't any fun I guess?).

"Being Julia"
Annette Benning was fantastic in it.
"Beauty Shop"
I finally invested in the DVD. I've seen it three times now, and it is hysterical. The scene on the dancefloor is too funny!
