If you were forced to choose between the two which would you keep & which would you sacrifice?
I couldn't imagine my life w/ out music and therefore would keep the music and chuck the big screen

I have to say hands down I cherish music more than anything..You can take away the television...Don't f**k with the radio.

I have to choose TV. I have Netflix and now I
have cable, though. I can almost always find a
channel to watch. I just moved here and my car
radio is worthless here! Cable TV provides at
least one channel that has radio on it. And I
can get internet radio. I guess that IS music
though isn't it! I'm so glad I don't have to
choose!

I don't watch tv much. Except the weather channel but my work pays me to watch that lol. TV is to time consuming and I work alot and am always on the go, music is much more portable!

I'm a HUGE music fan, so I can safely say it would be music!
I own something like 15,000 albums, CD’s, singles, cassettes. Throw in another 5000 mp3 files and you can see I’m a bit over the top…lol. I love all kinds of genres, styles, bands, artists. I can go from Stravinsky to Sex Pistols to Elvis to New Order to Tool to Beck, sometimes on the same CD (I burn my own homemade mp3 CD’s for the car).
Please don’t get me wrong, I grew up on TV and love a great show (everybody my age is part of the TV Generation), but music takes me to places in my mind that other forms of entertainment don’t. (Plus, kinda hard to do other things while watching the tube…music is perfect background inspiration).

Music! hands down.
I haven't had a TV hooked up to the outside world in 6 years. When it's on, it plays a DVD or video of MY choice.
I blame the TV 100% for making our society the f*cked up mess it is. Slowly but surely it is desensitizing everybody.
Blood, guts, gore, fowl language and blantant sexual inuendoes...and that's just the evening news!
I mean seriously, do we REALLY need a tv show called "Desperate Housewives"? If I want that kind of crap I'll rent porn, not put it on prime time for all the kiddies to see. Great way of influencing young curious minds. Wait till your 5 year old asks you one day.."Mommy, have you ever had multiple sex partners?"

Seeing as how I no longer have television ... I would say music. I've seen some great tv in the past, however, music is memories.
