There are three main groups of cartoon lovers- Disney fans, Warner Bros. fans, and anime fans. I won't get into the anime stuff on this(too kinky some of them)
I am a big fan of the Warner Brothers cartoons. Give me Bugs, Daffy, Elmer, Wile E., Porky, Yosemite, Marvin, Henry, Foghorn, Sylvester, Speedy, and Slowpoke anyday over some little rat named Mickey.

warner bros!  i thank yosemite sam 4 all the names i call ppl at work (lop eared polecats, varmints, long eared galoot, etc). fyi, sam was created to b a smarter?! nemesis 2 bugs bunny. 
(i think they were serious about sam being smarter)

As a student majoring in animation, I appreciate both for various reasons. I would never work for disney since any piece of art you do while you are employed by them they claim legally as theirs. I miss the old warner bros stuff, as dated as it is. but in all honesty I'm more partial to Tom and Jerry, though i can't for the life of me remember what studio did them.

the earlier tom n jerry cartoons were wonderful examples of attention 2 detail (wasn't it mgm?). then cartoons started looking crappy (the lone ranger of late 60s was the epitome of el cheapy n crappy looking).
there's a contemporary batman along the line of nasty looking. i preferred the dark deco one. what gives? just lazy or what? cartoons just look like some lines tossed onto a piece of paper at a crack party or something.
random, do u like max fleischer? his animations were SO realistic! 3-d n the whole nine yards. he did some stuff with a clown based on cab calloway, n its incredible!

I love my Looney Tunes and my Tom And Jerry....My favs are Daffy Duck, Elmer Fudd, Bugs Bunny, Beaky Buzzard, and Porky Pig.

i have turned my life into a foghorn leghorn cartoon. i went out and wapped that dog on the tailend with a 2x4 and ran to the exact point where he could not reach me because it was chained up. of course that dog ran full speed towards me and choked when he ran out of chain. then i grabbed his tongue and painted it.
okay, now i think it is duck season so i will go now......or is it rabbit season?
