I watch Days of Our Lives, and Passions...
Favourite characters on Days are Sami Brady and John Black...favourite characters on Passions are Theresa Lopez Fitzgerald, Ivy Winthrop Crane, and Julian Crane...
and I'm firmly behind these couples:
DAYS:
Sami and Lucas
Bo and Hope (of course...)
Belle and Philip (Sean is annoying)
PASSIONS:
Theresa and Ethan
Ivy and Sam
Julian and Eve
Kay and Fox
Luis and Sheridan
Pilar and Martin (i know, that will never happen...)

I've been watching Days since as long as I can remember...and I watch GH as well. I've been watching both for literally, 35 years...LOL...I remember when they were 15 mins long! I used to watch with my mom...I was watching the day Leslie first saw Laura at the playground on GH...oh geez...I've been watching too long! LOL

Ok.... don't tell the guys.  Me and an ex from long time ago in a galaxy far far away used to tape Days of our Lives...This was back when we had class obligations and such,,,, and then we would watch them when we had the chance..... After our relationship sputtered... I continued to watch until it was getting realy good and then they had some other dude playing BO... and Hope was on an Island and Deidra Hall wasn't on...it went to crap around 93.......and Jenifer Aniston's dad was A bad guy before he was jen's dad

I used to watch All My Children when I had a TV.
Don't judge me.
It was on ABC from watching Jimmy Kimmel the night before, I'd leave it turned it on to watch Regis and Kelly, and before you knew it it was time to find out whether Babe would tell Bianca the baby was really hers.
I was in love with the sheer audacity of Port Charles; one day I had the TV on for background noise, and I heard some soap-opera person talking about Slayers, and sat there a few minutes and indeed, there were vampires! But then they went and canceled it. (It was then interesting to see all the actors scurry to new soaps like roaches from under an old fridge.)

Well, Monster, they HAD to cancel it...once everybody had been bitten, what else could they do? 
Bono, I know when you're talking about...I was watching then. I didn't stop watching until that whole "Marlena is possessed by the devil" storyline...that was just TOO STUPID. I only started watching again because Patch and Kayla came back, and while I wasn't thrilled with Patch not remembering anything, I'm still SO happy to see them back. Then Adrian was on the other day...and Frankie came back...and now Stefano? DAMN RIGHT I'll be watching! 
It does bother me greatly, however, that Chris Kosichek is now playing Roman Brady. I still get confused over that sometimes...LOL

I started watching Days in like....
oh god...maybe 2000...so I don't think I've ever actually seen Stefano, I assumed he was kinda like Alistair Crane, they talked about him but he wasn't really there.
I can't wait to actually put a face to a name.
And on Passions, holy shit, that blackmailer...I want to be it for Halloween.

i use to watch the young and the restless then all my children and one life to live and general hospital.. and i also remember when i was i JR high a show called the edge of night.. with Raven and all those characters.. and and dark shadows.. Sweet N Louisiana

bah the stupid blackmailer thing got away, or father lonigan let it go. i don't really know. but it's gone....but Fancy (stupid bitch, i hate her) supposedly discovered its identity anyway , so we should know who it is pretty soon.
OMG the colleen thing i know. poor sami, about to lose lucas again....i've always been behind them but she always seems to get herself into some sort of trouble.

Yeah they did apparently she was with whats-his-name...Tek or whatever, and someone grabbed her and threw her in that cellar-she doesn't know who it was but for some reason she didn't want anyone to tell Abe she was still alive
