In the last pirates movie, after every credit has played, it shows Elizabeth Swann with her son. Ten years later, overlooking a bluff, staring at Will on his ship? I never saw this till last night when I watched the movie again.

OH wow, I have the movie...I'll have to watch it again just for that part. Thanks for the info!
Do you think there will be more Pirate movies? I've enjoyed them so much, I am hoping there are.

I think they left it open to be able to make a 4th.. but don't know if they will.

I felt that they left it open for another also after watching the last one. I haven't bought it yet, I saw it in the theater. I have the first 2, so I guess I need to get World's End so I have the complete set.

Yes, I saw it at the theatre, including the ten years later scene. (lots of movies are showing little clips at the end these days.) Lousy movie though. It seemed like they took about 10 funny scenes and tried to string them together in some semblence of a plot. Of course, Kiera Knightley makes almost anything worth watching, even this lousy film.

Well I bought World's End today. Not sure when I'll actually get to see it again.

That brought to mind the movie "Wild Hogs". We were up and ready to walk out when all of sudden there's the guy Home Make-over and they've redone the ratty biker hangout! Was a reall hoot and we almost missed it!!

A couple of weeks ago, my son and I watched the movie just to see this part...both he and I are now convinced to stay for the credits to make sure that there isn't anything we miss.

I Google this to see what speculations were out there.
From Scoop.com... they say that the next Pirate movies will be about
Jack Sparrow only. Orlando Bloom will be killed off if they make a 4.
Talk is about also cutting Elizabeth... making the Next Pirate series
about Jack and his crew. Leaving most of the original cast out.
Some talk about taking the movie back into Jack's past and bringing
in his family. I suppose like Spiderman/Superman/Batman movies.
Seems sad they would cut Will & Elizabeth out of the next movie.
If they make one. They have not cut a deal on a 4 yet. If so, they
want to take a break, and may start filming 2009 to 2011.
