I taped Friday's Dr Who and Torchwood. I've only looked at the Torchwood so far, the one where Gwen gets impregnated with an alien child from a scratch by the father. Gawd...that sounds so...cheesy scifi but it worked. I watched the tape of the Dr. earlier in the week from the previous Friday (It looks like the CBC didn't show the previous season), the episode of the Lipidides, the living body fat removal, called Partners in Crime. They was cute but you saw near the end Rose had a brief walk-on at the end. She has a current series playing a "call girl", kind of a modern Xavier Hollander thing though I haven't watched more than five minutes of it.
I liked the Christopher Eccleston 'Doctor', second to the Tom Baker, and my favourite episode remains The Empty Child two-parter, where we first met Captain Jack and the sad and creepy Are You my Mummy repeated line.

I'm gonna miss David Tennant as the Doctor :(
has anyone else seen pics of the 11th Doctor? He looks way young. Dunno if I like it. Only a few more specials left with Tennant!

Ive seen the new doctor, and while I dont know how it will play out yet. I think the 11th looks dumb. I hope he turns out to be much better than how he looks. But I have to confess I was not sure about David Tennant when I first saw him. But he proved to be a fine doctor, but my favorite is still Tom Baker and Christopher Eccleston as my second.
