Forget all hype surrounding the new Metallica & AC/DC releases -
You guys REALLY need to run out & buy the new Everygrey CD, "Torn".
Geezus! I loved the last one.... but this one absolutely CRUSHES!

Warrior, a great list! I've had the luck to see most of those bands.
I was most surprised to see Obsession in there.
I always loved those guys, and actually got to see them live once, back on the Scarred For Life tour.
I bought Carnival Of Lies (2006). It's a real blast from those old days.
Always liked to hear Mike Vescara sream out the heavier stuff.

I was most surprised to see Obsession in there.
I heard the song "Always On the Run" many years ago and I've been a fan
ever since. Mike's vocals are awesome! 
Only band I've ever seen live was Pantera. I'm so glad I did.

Saw Pantera 2 or 3 times. Always a great show. I still have one of Daryll's guitar picks from "Far Beyond Driven" tour
I was listening to them back in the 'Projects In the Jungle" and "I am the night" days.
There's a new Loudness DVD set coming out with 4 DVD's in there. It spans their entire career, and it has some live stuff in there from Mikes time with them.

Man if listed all the bands (mainstream and indie) it would to long of an entry.
Dethklok rules!
Dont diss them for being a fake/real band they made it on the charts at 23 the highest for any death metal band. Also it is opening for other serious bands.

I heard a Cinderella song the other day. "Don't know what you got, till it's gone..." Why did I ever think they were Heavy Metal. 
Do you remember Gwar, they wore those bizarre outfits?
Killer Dwarfs? Back then you could name a band something like that.

Killer Dwarfs songs a while back. Cinderella wasn't really metal...
