I am a fan of both Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves. I liked them in Speed, and have always enjoyed movies made by both of them.
When I first watched this movie (and being a writer myself), I was trying to figure out how two characters were going to ever meet each other even though time separated them. It was interesting to see how the author made it all come together in the end.
It remiends me of anothe rmovie starrring Christopher Reeves - what was the name of that movie produced maybe 20 years ago?
It also is reminiscent of a Hallmark special where all commnication between the present owner and the woman he falls in love with (who lived during the Civil War) takes place thorugh a secret compartment in an antique desk.
Any others care to comment on this movie?

I love Keanu,
and enjoy Sandra Bullock. But the movie didn't have any depth to it. There was never any big reveal that made it all make sense. It was
strange to me. I wanted it to "make sense" at the end...and the writers didn't do very well in tying it all together, in my opinion.
Good actors,
stinky story.

The Lake House was weird.
Great actors though.
I agree with Pam on this one.
I need to see Somewhere in Time.
