Posts: 1,401 Has anyone ever seen the movie Wonderland? It was about some mass killings over drugs and what have ya and the porn star John Holmes was in the big center of it. I'm just wondering if anyones ever kept up with John Holmes enough to validate how the movie portrayed him. According to the movie he was a suspect in the wonderland murders but was aquitted of the charges......Can anyone validate that?

Posts: 8,389 Yeah, I saw that......great movie actually, and its 100% on the money. Get on google and type in "wonderland murders" and you can read all about the real thing......on the dvd version, there is even a factual documentary with actual crime scene footage (rather morbid, but very interesting)......they determined that john holmes let the killers in the house, and was there when the killings took place (at the very least).....and possibly he even participated in them (as hinted by the movie) but they couldnt prove that.

Posts: 1,401 That was an interesting movie to say the very least. Now how does this tie into the Charles Manson murders? I was reading a website and they said something about their being some connection between the wonderland murders and Charles Manson. This is all news to me really. Hell I thought he was just a porn star with a really big d**k. I didn't think that there were that many layers to him.

Posts: 8,389 wasnt much of a layer.....he just became a big-time cokehead, and was doing anything he could to support his habit......I dont think there was any link to the manson murders as they occurred over a decade before wonderland.
