Yes, it's that time again.
Season 8 of American Idol is due to start Tuesday.
I was just wondering who all plans to tune in again this year?

I've watched it ever since the ending of season one. Year before last, I think it was, I threatened to quit watching...then I tuned in religiously all of season 7. I'm gonna get started with it again this year, then I'll just see how it goes. They've added a new judge...not sure if there will be any other changes or not.

I watched it tonight thank goodness not as stupid as the beginning of last season.
I like it best once they get it down to the last 12 & start their eliminations through our votes.

I am officially ashamed I am a member of my generation. Solely because "Bikini Girl" exists and because members of my generation are going to think that it is okay to act like that/dress like that in public

Yes, bikini girl was an embarrassment, to women everywhere.
And an insult to men.
However, the blind man was amazing! Deserving. Can't wait to
see him take it further. 
And the very talented girl named after Stevie Nicks. Beautiful
voice. Now if she can 'harden the f*ck up'  she might
do okay.

I'm so glad to see y'all checked in on the topic!
I'm not sure what made the difference in the show last nite, but I really did enjoy it.
Yeah, I'm thinking bikini girl will not go far...she'll probably get the ax in the group part of the audition...we can hope so anyways. I loved the Stevie girls voice...and several others as well...Are we gonna end up with a bunch of good singers on stage like they had last year in the final 10/12? It sure makes eliminations harder!

No, but I think they really wasted a spot on the tattoo girl...mainstream America would never vote for her.
The Stevie girl was a brunette and she was pretty good.
