I saw this movie yesterday. It is "The Jungle" of today. Too many of us go to the supermarket and buy products, not food. Those products get to our grocers' shelves through inhumane treatment of growers, processors, animals and consumers. It is no wonder that we are a nation of sick, diseased people.
I highly encourage watching this movie. You will not leave feeling better, but you will leave more knowledgeable...and after all, is not knowledge power?

I bet this is the newest horror movie right? I do know what is in my food, and if I could, I would grow my own. I do try to buy organic, but even that depends on what your state defines as organic too.
We hardly ever buy the boxed foods. The time it takes to do things from scratch is worth it. The food tastes so much better.
