I have just been to see one of THE worst movies I have ever seen...."Date Movie"...its a so called comedy similar in style to Scary Movie.
It was terrible...I think I laughed once and that was because someone behind me in the movie theatre said out loud..."what a load of sh*t"
Date Movie = about as much fun as walking into dog poo while wearing you best shoes.

Thanks for the tip.
Sounds like the one I wasted 3 bucks pay per view for.
"Open Water"
Wasting two hours watching two people thrash around in the water after a boating accident.

There was a movie on the Sci-Fic Network recently called "Darklight." Utter garbage. Come to think of it, that phrase describes 90% of the movies produced by that network.

I rarely watch a movie that gets less than 3 stars or that does not get approval by Ebert, though, sometimes I do if it's something I wanted to see no matter what, but that is rare.

Where do I even start?
Patch Adams jumps immediately to mind.
I wasted almost $9 on The Hills Have Eyes remake and you'd think that movie was being nominated for an Oscar for as much praise as it's getting. It was so slow and stupid.

Unless you're a Star Wars freak, please avoid Revenge of the Sith. Do it for yourself, your family, or the whales. Just do it.
Please avoid anything starring Hillary Duff or Adam Sandler at all costs (except Spanglish).
Please avoid the horrible D movie Kingdom of The Spiders starring William Shatner.
Please avoid Bewitched.

Thanks for the tip on Bewitched.
I was thinking of getting it on pay per view tonight.

WHAT?! Oh, that is so sad. I loved that movie. I love Robin Williams. I have a friend that got to meet the real Patch Adams, and said he's incredibly odd, but very interesting. Oh how I wish I could have been at that lecture my friend was at.

worst movie ever, hands down...Gus Van Sant's 'Last Days'
unless of course you like watching someone stumbling around a house, eating cereal and mumbling to himself for close to 2 hours.
extra props to Gussy for totally ruining the Velvet Undergound classic "Venus in Furs"

Avoid "Ultraviolet" like the plague. My daughters and I usually love the movies that are based on videogames or comic books (this one was a comic, I believe), but when we left the theater, we all agreed it was horrible. My 18-year-old made the comment, "I am sure glad I didn't waste $24 on that movie" (because I bought all our tickets, so it was my money that got wasted).

We rented "In Good Company" this weekend with Dennis Quaid. I love Dennis Quaid but this movie was a complete waste of our time!

Da Vinci Code was slower than my divorce.
But how can you not like Revenge of the Sith? It was the best of the prequels...meaning it still wasn't as good as Return of the Jedi: Special Edition.

Alright, I'm a Star Wars FREAK, I'm going to a Con this year to meet Peter Mayhew (Chewbacca) and you could ask me ANYTHING and I will know (about the plot, not the effects.
Anyway, moving on...saying ROTS is the best of the prequels is not saying ANYTHING. TPM was awful, AOTC was worse, and the only things that saved ROTS were Ian McDiarmid, Ewan MacGregor, and special effects. Wooden actors (*cough HaydenChristren *cough* *cough Natalie Portman *cough*), an awful script, and bad continuity made this film almost as virtually unwatchable as the other prequels. When I can get pissed off watching a Star Wars film, there's a problem.

You and me both, lass.
I saw the 12:40 am showing of TPM the day it opened. I had to move to Virginia from Atlanta with my two dogs later that day.
I was so mad at the transgender amphibian bunny that I was going to change my route to Virginia to include a detour to Skywalker Ranch to deliver my outrage personally.
But like a late friend of mine told me: "Smile when you say Star Wars".
And like like a pastorial candidate I met recommended: "I wouldn't even suggest The Imperial March as the bride's march".
"You know, outside the circus, most people were afraid of me. But I didn't hate them. I pitied them. Do you know why? Because most people will never know anything beyond what they see with their own two eyes." Nightcrawler-X-men 2

I assume you're talking about Jar Jar?
Jar Jar was a big part of it, but it wasn't all him....
The movie itself was just bad. It would've been bad had Jar Jar actually been hit by that droid ship. (Anakin's YIPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE didn't help matters much.)
AOTC was boring, the spots where there was no horribly-written romance contained really no plot.
Let George write the story but never direct <3 (Except ANH, he did a fine job on that one)

But the lightsaber duel between Obi Wan, Qui Gonn, and Darth Maul was the best in the seies to that date and arguably the best of the entire franchise.
Let's Darth Maul vs. Darth Vader, who would win...my money's on Vader because his hate is focused on himself.
The twenty minute fight between Anakin and Obi Wan in ROTS violated so many Star Wars laws of physics...but Anakin's quoting of George W. Bush "You're either with me or against me" was classic. I couldn't have written that funnier myself.
Nothing nice to say about AOTC except I hope my next date would wear Padme's white outfit...and Leia's slave girl titanium bikini!

I am still a fan of the Luke/Vader duels.
I heard from a few sources that ROTS was supposed to be based off the Bush Administration and I honestly could kind of see it.
As for Padme, I liked her in TPM but couldn't stand her in any other film. She went from a strong intelligent leader to a dumb weak damsel in distress...I hated it.
