I was a Dark Shadows addict......I couldn't wait for it to come on every day at 4pm. I too had a crush on Barnabus Collins....was just something about him. Years ago...a local PBS channel started showing it...got addicted again....and watched it from beginning to end.

Ditto about Barnabas and Dark Shadows, but I already had two kids. Got to watch it during my very few stay-at-home years with them....but my very first favorite TV show was probably before any of you were born...Captain Video and the Video Rangers!!

According to my mom she said that I used to laugh and giggle at the Red Skelton show re-runs when I was just a toddler. I watched Groucho Marx and the Marx brothers re-runs as well as the 3 stooges (which I still like today), and our gang (little rascals), I remember watching the re-runs on black and white electron tube television. I remember dark shadows as well, the original twilight zone which later became The Night Gallery. I guess I watched tons of shows in the 70's too.
I hardly ever watch television anymore bad politics, twisted news networks and advertisers have ruined it for me.

Oh I forgot about the Wonderful World of Disney! We would always have our baths before it came on, then my mom would cut our toenails while we watched WW of Disney! LOL

Thanks for mentioning Emergency! Even though I was in 4th or 5th grade when it was on, I absolutely ADORED that show. I had pics of Kevin Tighe and Randolph Mantooth all over my bedroom walls! LOL

I loved that show so much I named a couple of female geese after them!  They used to run the meter reader out of the yard....I can still see them hissing at him as soon as he got out of his truck.....lol.

Star Trek of course.
Because of that, I ended up spending 21 years of my career in the rocket business  - It's cool to see hardware come out of your buildings that goes into space ;>)
