Guns N Roses isnt hair metal lol. I also relized that you guys know your music material well. No teenagers in here as I might add lmao! Because teens today listen to that EMO crap and Slip knot yuck fake metal rock bands.
But I will list all my favorite metal bands here. Some of them are not hair metal though. I wont list all of them just a few.
1.Iron Maiden
2.Judas Priest
3.Saxon
4.MegaDeth
5.Ratt
6.Dokken
7.Testament
8.Alice Cooper
9.Kiss
10.Helix
11.W.A.S.P.
12.Lita Ford
13.Slaughter
14.WhiteSnake
15.Anthrax
16.Accept
17.Queensryche
18.Dio
19.Motley Crue
20.Guns N Roses
21.Godsmack ( This is the only mainstream metal band I listen to)
And I have the shirts, stickers, posters, boxers, zippos, CD's, DVD's, clothes, and everything else to prove it. I don't know much about you guys but I hardly ever see people wearing classic metal band shirts or anything else related to metal for that matter. I dont even hear people playing it in their cars when they drive by either. So why hide it ? Play it loud and not just on your CD player or at home on the radio.

I still buy anything Def Leppard releases.
I used to like Metallica, but those guys as azzes now. Too darn greedy, especially suing anyone at the drop of a hat.

This thread cracks me up. I actually saw Whitesnake last summer. Very small venue, so it was up close and personal. Enjoyed it, too.
Remember seeing Queen and they were one of the few bands at that time that sounded as good live as they did on their albums. Best part was the acoustic set...just Freddie singing and Brian playing...day-um that was fine....

Whitesnake?
Don't you think that David Coverdale was better when he was with Deep Purple?

Sorry, Thunder. It's just that I'm honestly just underwhelmed by those who think they are a god's gift to anyone for rather plebian gifts so don't have much to say about him.
Now if you want to talk real voices, I guess we'd have to start another thread.

I love, love, love the 80's and the music. I have leg warmers and two t-shirts, one with Jem and one with Mr. T. They are my fav. Movies too, the more cheese the better.
