The moive Doom is great if you are into sci fi and have played the game.
Hostel is good also, especially if you like nudity and the drama of someone being tortured and hacked. ...love those MDK (murder death kill) movies
Last but not least Chciken Little A really funny movie , his nemesis was gum in the road , god this is a funny movie!

Shaggy Dog with Tim Allen was "ok"... Not one of his better movies. We took our 6 year old to see it and she didn't seem all that impressed.

I must be one of the few that didn't like doom (the movie) though I loved the games. V for vendetta is a great great movie, I can't wait to watch see no evil. Also the final fantasy advent children finally came out .

I've got the Doom dvd but haven't watched yet.
Hostel was alright... not as good as Saw, in my opinion. Just didn't have enough of a puzzle for me.
Watched Silent Hill in the theater last weekend with a friend though and.... awesome movie!!! It scared me more than Hostel!! My friend laughed at me cause I got closer and closer to him the whole time it played...
Tristan & Isolde is really cool, especially if you're into the whole castles & knights thing like me. Good storyline. Love story chick flick with beheading & hangings..... what more could you ask for??? Anybody else see this one??

Ok, so I finally watched Doom.... I just couldn't get into it.... I love The Rock and usually really enjoy his movies (Rundown, Walking Tall, etc) but this one just seemed so cheesy. My friend and I watched about 45 mins of it last night, and I swear... at the same moment we just both sat forward on the couch, looked at each other, and he pressed the stop button.
Failure To Launch was a cute chick flick.

Yes, I have done that to a few movies, to each their own
Silent Hill is on my list to rent when it is released on DVD. I hope it is really scary
Friends with Money
Never heard of it, thanks for the warning
Chronicles of Narnia
I read the books years ago and do want to see the movie.

I know Viper..... I was so disappointed in "Alone in the Dark"... one of my favorite games but the movie was so slow and boring, in my opinion.. I think a lot of it had to do with the acting though. They could have found others to better fit the parts.

Ok, so Friday night we watched Last Holiday (w/ Queen Latifah) and Family Stone (w/ Luke Wilson, Rachel McAdams, etc)..... Last Holiday was NOT as funny as led on to be by trailers & previews. Cute, yeah.... but not exactly hilarious.
Family Stone was... umm.... weird? I wasn't sure at parts if I was supposed to laugh or cry.
Tonight I'm supposed to go watch Match Point with my friend. I'm not a Woody Allen fan but he's a Scarlett Johanson (sp??) fan.
